DIGIMAGIC reserves the right to refuse and/or to cancel the lodging of pages estimated as contrary to its morality and conduct, this without any need to justify. On the other hand
if the lodging pages should violate any applicable swiss law or regulation as it is stated today or in the future, the one and only responsible in court will be the herebelow signed customer.
By its signature the customer agrees to repay DIGIMAGIC of any outlay, without any dispens, if customer should be recognized inplied in any illegal action. The customer
have a total liberty as to what he wishes to put on the web as far as he does not violate any applicable Swiss law or regulation.
Forbidden to edit anything that would relate to:
- pornography
- erothism in any form
- pedophilie
- liable to incite racial hatrede
- plagiarisms
- conduct that would be considered a criminal.
DIGIMAGIC reserve the right to lock access to all web pages that we may estimate non conform to Swiss or international laws and that may convey unlawful information this at any moment and without notice.
DIGIMAGIC can at any time be consulted by a holder of intellectual property if its legal rights should in any way not be respected by the Digimagic online services in order to remote the incriminated document or to locke its access and to examine the claim.
